Relate do their best to see you on the same day, or within 24 hours. You can then gain clarity and practical next steps to navigate their journey, and access to resources that can help you further. A session offers a 25-minute phone session.
To help you work through specific issues quickly. You can come alone or attend with a friend, family member or partner to work together on an issue with the counsellor. A session lasts for 50 minutes and can be done on Zoom.
To provide you a supportive, confidential and caring environment in which you can talk over problems and think about ways to address them. The Seafarers’ Charity will pay for up to six sessions. Each session lasts for 50 minutes.
